Age: 4-30
Condition: Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetics that use a self monitoring glucose device to manage their Diabetes.
Study length: 6 months with 2 office visits and 5 phone call visits.
Provided: Continuous Glucose Monitor System and study related care. Patient compensation is $455 total if study is completed.
